At Ai-PEPTIDES, quality is the foundation of everything we do. From raw material sourcing to final packaging, every step of our process is designed to deliver research-grade peptides of the highest purity and accuracy.
Our Multi-Stage Quality Control Process
Stage 1: Synthesis
All peptides are synthesized in GMP-compliant facilities in the United States using state-of-the-art automated and manual solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) technology. Every synthesis run follows validated standard operating procedures with rigorous in-process monitoring.
Stage 2: Purification
Crude peptides undergo preparative HPLC purification to remove synthesis impurities, truncated sequences, and deletion peptides. This step is critical for achieving our 99%+ purity standard.
Stage 3: Analytical Verification
Every batch is tested via HPLC Analysis (confirms ≥99% purity by peak area) and Mass Spectrometry (confirms molecular identity within ±0.1% tolerance).
Stage 4: Lyophilization
Purified peptides are freeze-dried to remove all solvents. Each vial is sealed under nitrogen atmosphere to prevent oxidation and extend shelf life, then labeled with batch number and COA reference.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every Ai-PEPTIDES product comes with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting:
- Product name, catalog number, and batch/lot number
- Molecular formula and theoretical molecular weight
- HPLC purity percentage (with chromatogram available upon request)
- MS observed molecular weight
- Physical appearance and net quantity per vial
- Storage conditions and expiration date
- QA analyst signature and approval date
COAs are accessible on each product page under the "Certificates" tab. Visit our Certificates of Analysis page for downloadable COAs by product.
Our Purity Standard: ≥99%
Our minimum acceptance criterion is 99% purity by HPLC. Many batches test at 99.5% or higher. If any batch fails to meet our standards, it is rejected and destroyed — we never sell sub-specification material.
