Damaged in Transit
Policy: Full replacement at no charge.
Action: Contact support@ai-peptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. A replacement ships within 1 business day of approval.
Incorrect Item Received
Policy: Full replacement + prepaid return label.
Action: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We email a prepaid return label and ship the correct item once the incorrect product is in transit back.
Purity Below Specification
Policy: Full refund or replacement — your choice.
Action: Submit third-party HPLC or Mass Spectrometry test results demonstrating purity below our stated 99%+ specification. Results must come from an accredited analytical laboratory.
Change of Mind
Policy: Store credit for unopened, factory-sealed products only.
Action: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Products must arrive in original sealed condition.
Non-Refundable Situations

- Claims submitted after the specified timeframes above

- Orders where the shipping address was provided incorrectly
- Products refused at delivery or returned without prior authorization
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@ai-peptides.com with subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Include your order number, the product(s) in question, reason for return, and any supporting photos or documents
- Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back
- Ship the product with the RMA number visible on the outer packaging
- Replacement or store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return
